Parents learn how to communicate with their babies using American Sign Language through songs and play. This summer we are offering sessions A and B.
Session A - Learn how to sign everyday items around the house. A ball, bubbles, mom and dad- all become the objects of learning in the classroom and at home. You'll learn the sign language methods of the experts, and learn when a child is most engaged and ready to learn. You will receive a Sign Smart™ flip-dictionary, DVD.
Session B - This session reviews the keys to Sign Smart™ and incorporates new signs for the concepts of big, little, tall and short, along with animal- themed ideas. This session is available to those who have completed Session A. At home materials include a DVD, a Sign Smart™ flip-dictionary and activity booklet — everything you need.
ABC Read with me! Let's get together and read a special story selected by your Kindermusik teacher. Enjoy singing, exploring instruments and dancing to Kindermusik activities themed with the book. We will finish each story time by eating our sack lunch of peanut butter and jelly we'll provide the juice!
