Middle School and older – Now the actor, singer or dancer has a chance to bring their vision of art to life as they are handed the keys to the kingdom or at least the costume closet. Artists who take this class will work together to create two or more productions of their choosing throughout the year. The faculty will mentor as each classmate will become director, producer, stage manager, and lighting director as they create works of art from the ground up!
This class is scheduled to meet once a week for two hours from August-May. However, in order to complement the creative mind, times will remain flexible to accomplish the projects at hand. Please see our schedule page for full details and the ability to register for any of our classes.
There will be a minimum of two performances scheduled in the school year. The artists themselves will determine the performance schedule.
There are no uniform requirements for this class. Due to the nature of creating, all artists should come prepared to get dirty and climb on ladders. No flip-flops, please.
