The Cecchetti method of ballet is a structured system of leveled syllabus classes taught only by teachers certified by the Cecchetti Counsel of America. www.Cecchetti.org The students who study this syllabus may take exams and "test” into the next level. In this method the student is taught not to think of the body separately but as a whole, which helps in the creation and feeling of the line. A quote from Maestro Cecchetti, “It is more important to execute and exercise correctly once, than to do it a dozen times carelessly.”

PerformancesThis class does not perform in the End of Year Performance, as it is a technique only based class and works toward the exams.
The class uniform is: pink tights, black leotard, pink ballet shoes, hair in a bun. The Princess Shoppe; housed at Suwanee Academy of the Arts, has all the attire needed for class. Coming soon, ability to purchase online.
